Amazing experience working with Landon and the Pallet Rack World team. Not going to beat the bush, I wasn’t the easiest customer to work with as plans changed and my overall knowledge of racks is not anywhere near Landon’s (for example), but Landon was very patient with me, went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met, and his communication throughout the past month was excellent. The prices are also very reasonable compared to the competition so I would 1000% recommend anyone in the market to buy racks to buy them from Landon and Pallet Rack World!
