If you're in the south-east and you need racking material, stop searching and call these guys right now! You'll only spend more time and money looking elsewhere. We manage a 40K sq ft. fulfilment center just north of Charlotte NC and have dealt with several racking wholesalers and resellers. None have come even close to Pallet Rack World. Their website made material selection trivial and when contacted their customer service was overwhelming, in the best way. Outstanding pricing and service with speedy delivery. Service is unparalleled and if anyone does beat their pricing, you'll spend more than the difference in logistics and quality of materials. Contacted them on Friday and racking materials were sitting on our dock 10am Monday morning and for well underbudget.
