Great service and honest business practices. I recently ordered warehouse racking from Pallet Rack World and couldn't be happier with the process. We purchased used racks in perfect condition! Mike Brown was very responsive, easy to work with, and very clear about everything from shipping timelines to product condition. They made a complex procurement process smooth and simple. Calvin sent everything earlier than expected delivery time. A pleasure to do business with!

Great experience with Pallet Rack World! Markus was great to work with and made the whole process easy. Calvin was also awesome in helping me figure out the best way to set everything up. We've used Pallet Rack World for all of our racking (new and used) over the past couple of years - the team is great and fast to respond to new orders / pickups. We had them install our main section of new rack in our warehouse, they were in and out quickly and the shelving looks great!

I have a warehouse for my junk and already had several sections of ridge u rack from my old warehouse, and a few extra beams that I bought from a local dealer here in Raleigh. This time I needed beams, uprights, and decking to add a few new sections and I wanted to keep the same system that I already had. The beams from the other seller were nowhere near this clean, nor were they this quick and easy to deal with, or easy to load. Definitely worth the drive!
Easy in, easy out, with just what I needed. What more can you ask for. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with this company. I have purchased pallet racking from them twice, and both times everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding—they responded very quickly, answered all of my questions, and prepared a detailed quote in no time. The entire purchasing process was smooth and efficient.
When I arrived to pick up the racking, the warehouse staff did a great job loading everything with the forklift. They were careful, organized, and professional. It's not easy to find a company that provides such consistently high-quality service. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.
