Very easy to get to and the product we ordered was separated and ready before we got there. Everything was painted and cleaned just like new. Will be ordering more as we make space

If you're in the south-east and you need racking material, stop searching and call these guys right now! You'll only spend more time and money looking elsewhere. We manage a 40K sq ft. fulfilment center just north of Charlotte NC and have dealt with several racking wholesalers and resellers. None have come even close to Pallet Rack World. Their website made material selection trivial and when contacted their customer service was overwhelming, in the best way. Outstanding pricing and service with speedy delivery. Service is unparalleled and if anyone does beat their pricing, you'll spend more than the difference in logistics and quality of materials. Contacted them on Friday and racking materials were sitting on our dock 10am Monday morning and for well underbudget.

We recently expanded our warehouse, and after getting quotes from a few different suppliers, went with Pallet Rack World, and they absolutely delivered. Landon was incredibly knowledgeable and actually took the time to help us optimize our layout to maximize our floor space. The pricing was fair and the racking was exactly as promised. Thank you Pallet Rack World!

Great service and honest business practices. I recently ordered warehouse racking from Pallet Rack World and couldn't be happier with the process. We purchased used racks in perfect condition! Mike Brown was very responsive, easy to work with, and very clear about everything from shipping timelines to product condition. They made a complex procurement process smooth and simple. Calvin sent everything earlier than expected delivery time. A pleasure to do business with!
